The loan can be secured to all types of business property, commercial and residential properties, well also consider land as security. Minimum advance is £50,000 with no upper limit and repayment terms from 5 years to 30 years. Interest only loans also available on certain plans.

Once your application is received it is processed the same day and subject to our usual enquiries. When a firm offer of a commercial loan is made a refundable deposit of between £500 and £1,000 is required to show goodwill on your part and is refunded when your application has completed. If you withdraw at this time the deposit is not refundable.
A fee for arranging the loan is charged between 1.5% & 5% of the advance and is only payable when the loan is completed, full details will be sent with your loan offer. You will be responsible for your own survey fees and legal fees.
